Heat phase A up to 80-85°C and mix homogeneously. Heat phase II up to 80-85°C and add to the oil phase while stirring. Add Dehyquart CC 11 (phase C) at approx. 50°C. Continue stirring and add components listed under phase IV at 40°C. Adjust the pH-value. Stir while cooling down to 30°C.
